Single session Performance training

Experience intensive, personalized training in a 1:1 or small group setting, designed to elevate a player’s skills, tactical understanding, and overall fitness. Our customized approach focuses on refining technical abilities, enhancing game intelligence, and building the physical conditioning needed for peak performance. ALL POSITIONS WELCOME!

75 Minute Skills Session 1:1 - $65, Small Group (2-6 players) - $45 per player

120 Minute Skills Session + Speed/Agility/Balance 1:1 - $90, Small Group (2-6 players) - $70 per player

Sean was my goalkeeper coach for 4 years. Under his mentorship, I was awarded first-team all-state honors and committed to play NCAA Division I soccer at Lafayette College, Pennsylvania. After my collegiate career, I became a licensed goalkeeper coach for the Michigan Jaguars Midwest Premier League Men’s Team as well as the Michigan Olympic Developmental Program. Sean is highly knowledgeable about the goalkeeper position and the sport as a whole. Sean goes above and beyond and is personally invested in the growth and success of his players. He excels at designing engaging and challenging drills for skill progressions and building a positive and competitive environment. He asks intelligent, thought-provoking questions that encourage players to better fully understand the game. Outside of soccer, Sean is one of the hardest-working and most considerate people I’ve known and by example, he improves the mindset of all players that he works with.
